What happened? Why is the venue no longer available?

The hotel is closing effective July 21, 2019 to “facilitate necessary building renovations.” All events after July 21st have been asked to relocate.

I have paid for registration. When will I get a refund? Can I apply my ticket to 2020 conference?

All registration money, including fees, will be refunded by August 15th, 2019. For accounting reasons, all registrations will be refunded and you'll be notified when registration opens for the 2020 conference.

I had a hotel reservation. Do I need to cancel my reservation?

If you made reservations through the conference hotel link or through the hotel registration system, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation. If you pre-paid for your room(s), you will receive a refund from the hotel. If you have any concerns, please contact the hotel directly: 410.252.7373 

What if I booked my hotel room through a third-party site? What if it stated it was non-refundable?

The hotel will be refunding the third-party site. You should then receive a refund from that third-party. If you do not receive a refund or have any concerns, please contact the third-party booking site directly.

What are the dates for the 2020 conference?

We are planning for the Fall of 2020. We will communicate the date as soon as we have secured a new venue. 

How do I make sure I get information about 2020 and other continuing education programs offered?

We will continue to send you information about Gender Journey Mid-Atlantic and other continuing education programs being offered through The LGBT Health Resource Center of Chase Brexton unless you unsubscribe from our mailing list(s).
